Return policy
Returns based
on manufacturing defects are accepted on all merchandise.
Unopened item returns are accepted, and purchase
price credit is given minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping
costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have
been opened or used. Prior to your purchase, if purchasing
a mask/nasal interface, please be certain as to the size
you need. Feel free to call us if you have any
questions about your order. We will be happy to assist you
in choosing the right mask for your needs.
Please note: Mask sizes vary, even between different
models by the same manufacturer. A Large mask
in one model, does not necessarily mean you wear a Large
in another. Please check to be sure. There are
downloadable templates located on this website to insure
proper fitting.
